Super Bowl Hours

We will be closed at 3pm on February 3rd, so we can watch the Texans win the Super Bowl!! Wait..oh nevermind, we are still going to be closed.

New Fall Menu

Our new fall menu has arrived. New items include our Duck Taquitos, Champagne Poached Pear Salad, Truffled Root Vegetable Salad, and a Turkey BLT. New drinks are coming later this week. Come check them out.

Tillamook Burger Week

We participated in Tillamook Cheese’s Burger Week, here is a bloggers take on it. We had such a good response to our burger that we have decided to make a weekly burger. It will of course be big, over the top and tasty like all Beaver’s creations. Stay tuned.

Spring Menu Time

Tomorrow (3/6/2026), we are unveiling our new spring food menu. We are bringing back some old favorites, like the TX Melon and Feta Salad, and introducing the most requested item ever - fries. Yes, Beaver Fries. Keep an eye out for our spring drink menu; it should be out on Wednesday.
